WHEN YOU WANT ,WHEN YOU CAN ,WHEN YOU NEED
POSTING AND MANAGING WORK HOURS ON THE HELP TEAM CALENDAR
1 POSTING YOUR HOURS ON THE CALENDAR FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. Create a google account.
2. Create a google calendar account
3. Send your GOOGLE account name (NOT Password) to Giovanni Tweak
4. When you are logged in your google calendar account SEARCH for DRIVE-THROUGH ESL. You will find 2 calendars: DRIVE-THROUGH ESL Help Team and DRIVE-THROUGH ESL Classes.
5. Add them to your account.
6. After I tell you you have been added to the calendar you can log in to your google calenda account and post your shifts on the Help Team Calendar.
7. To post: click on a white spot and fill in. Remember to SAVE
8. ATTENTION: You post should be the same colour as other Help Team posts. If it's a different colour click on it to edit it; in the new page open the scroll down menu CALENDAR and select HELP TEAM Calendar. SAVE again.
2 MANAGING YOUR WORK HOURS
1. Post 4 hours/week 2 shifts, each two hours.
2. You can choose any time that is not yet taken.
3. You can work the same day and time every week or change your hours every week.
If you work the same day and time every week you will need to update the calendar only if you change them.
If you change your hours every week post your hours in the weekend, so other HT members can direct visitors to you.
4. Fill in the DESCRIPTION section (note: this info will appear on the website. It is also for people who don't know what SL is)
5. Include: your SL name; first language(s); e-mail address for questions NOT in English; Skype address of the school (esl-sl)
